Litheli offers a limited refund/exchange service to any refund/exchange claim made by the original purchaser of the Litheli product to Litheli during the applicable period stated below:
30 days from the date of the original retail purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, please contact us at service@litheli.com for refund/exchange solutions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
